About the role
Support Staff are essential to the daily operations of our dispensary. From greeting customers to supporting the sales floor, you'll help ensure every guest has a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a positive first impression
- Educate guests on cannabis products, strains, medicinal uses, and consumption methods
- Verify IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment
- Support your teammates through clear communication and teamwork
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
- Reliable and detail-focused, especially with cash handling and compliance
- A strong communicator who remains professional under pressure
