Support Specialist - Driver

Role Overview

The Delivery Helper assists delivery drivers by unloading, inspecting, and delivering products to customer locations, ensuring quality and proper rotation.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check product quality
• Assist with deliveries
• Communicate about incomplete orders
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Follow safety procedures including pre-trip inspections

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills
• Knowledge of delivery schedules and product quality standards

Physical & Work Environment Demands

• Frequently move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds
• Climb on/off trucks, bend, squat, push, and pull
• Work in cold warehouse environments, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions
