Support Specialist - Driver Assistance

Role: Assist delivery drivers by unloading, inspecting, and delivering products to customers. Responsibilities: Unload and verify product quality, rotate produce, support deliveries across multiple locations, communicate order issues, handle customer complaints professionally, and ensure proper use of company equipment following safety protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks. Strong communication skills, basic arithmetic ability, and knowledge of delivery schedules and product quality checks. Physical Demands: Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds. Must be able to climb, bend, squat, push, and pull. Work Environment: Cold warehouse setting, working in confined spaces and extreme weather conditions. Skills & Attributes: Good communication, ability to perform manual tasks, and adherence to safety procedures.
