Responsibilities include delivering best practice case management, ensuring documentation compliance, connecting clients with community resources, and participating in treatment team meetings. They will serve as a liaison with other professionals, develop recovery support plans within 30 days, and provide 24/7 on-call support as required. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services or related fields and experience working with children and families in community resource roles. Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi, with eligibility for full credentialing as a CSS. Skills required: strong communication, documentation, community resource navigation, and team collaboration skills.
