Responsibilities
- Records – 55%
- Overall maintenance of all electronic and paper student records
- Background check process
- Immunizations
- NCLEX scores
- Nursing orientation
- Student immunization compliance tracking
- Running reports and gathering data for day-to-day operations
- Activities/Events – 20%
- Updating student portal and social media outlets
- Organizing commencement ceremony, honors awards, and campus pinning ceremony
- Assisting with advisory committee meetings
- Refreshing campus bulletin boards, PowerPoint slideshow, and other campus information
- Assisting with facilities-related issues
- Assisting with on-campus and off-site events such as student orientations, career fairs, etc.
- Administrative/Front Desk – 20%
- Accreditation visit preparation
- Processing invoices and submitting to accounts payable
- Opening and closing the campus
- Managing the community calendar and making room reservations
- Processing, reconciling, and preparing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with onboarding of new hires
- Answering and referring incoming calls and concerns
- Maintaining and appearing the front desk/welcome area
- Exam Proctoring and Other Duties – 5%
- Performing other duties as requested
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a fast-paced, service-focused setting
- Experience in an institution of higher learning preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage interruptions while delivering within tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Customer or student information system experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team and with other departments both in person and virtually
- Proven customer service in a professional environment
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, patient, and solutions-oriented

- The estimated range for this role is $37,900.00 to $49,300.00.
- The pay range is subject to change.
