Role: Support Services Supervisor overseeing non-technical staff in accessioning and phlebotomy departments at a laboratory facility. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of accessioning and phlebotomy teamsTrain, mentor, and manage non-technical personnelMonitor workflow, manage staffing, and ensure smooth shift operationsPerform quality assurance checks and maintain documentationInvestigate and resolve production errors with escalation when needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GEDOver 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environmentProficiency in computer skills and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to pass a standardized color blindness testKnowledge of laboratory operations, policies, and procedures
