Position Overview
Handle phones, chat, and manage two TMSS queues in a fast-paced environment.
Respond to inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Provide general information, systems support, and problem resolution related to HR policies and procedures.
Utilize supporting documents such as Knowledgebase, Village Web, and Job Aides proactively.
Partner with internal/external teams to deliver integrated and exceptional customer service, including warm transfers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (must have proof prior to submission).
- Some previous experience in call center/helpdesk Tier I support.
- Experience handling a large volume of calls daily.
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Previous troubleshooting experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday preferred.
