About the role
The role involves prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include covering multiple sites, responding to customer requests, and contributing to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide.
Responsibilities
- Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal.
- Provides site coverage as needed.
- Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
- Collaborates with multiple account teams to ensure a smooth transition of responsibility with minimal impact to client services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and interact with new teams.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to comply with customer policies and protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination and other measures.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary for driving between multiple client locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods.
Skills

- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs.
