About the Role
Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires flexibility to provide coverage at multiple sites throughout the region.

- Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to document account processes.
Responsibilities
Duties may include the following areas based on assigned location:
- Copy/Print Production/Copy Center:
- Prompt and accurate reproduction of print requests.
- Reviews electronic files for print readiness, prints documents, punches, binds, assembles, sorts, laminates, and performs pre-delivery quality control.
- Receives, logs, delivers, and tracks all activity for reporting.
- Performs routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment.
- Performs daily convenience care functions.
- Mail/Courier Services:
- Prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pick-up, and processing of courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and USPS mail.
- Tracks courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
- Researches and routes unidentified or generic mail.
- Receives, logs, delivers, and tracks messenger items.
- Performs routine upkeep of equipment.
- Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment.
- Reception/Office Services:
- Performs general front office duties: greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, and data entry.
- Responds to customer needs, accepts deliveries, and sets up food/beverages for meetings.
- May assist with copy/binding/copier maintenance.
- File Room/Records File Services:
- Ensures all filing assignments are completed daily.
- Creates, maintains, updates, and monitors files, file databases, and file rooms.
- Coordinates special projects as assigned.
- Ensures file rooms remain intact at all times.
- Device Maintenance:
- Maintains reprographic equipment for customer satisfaction.
- Follows daily maintenance processes: cleaning glass/surfaces, clearing jams, replenishing toner, and loading paper.
- Evaluates equipment issues and notifies service department if unresolved.
- Assists end-users with basic equipment functionality.
- Records meter reads and maintains service activity reports.
- Monitors and restocks supplies.
- Shipping/Receiving:
- Handles shipping and receiving of packages, materials, parts, or products.
- Verifies and maintains records of shipments.
- Receives shipments, counts pieces, retains paperwork, follows delivery schedules, and secures customer signatures.
- Operates shipping/receiving equipment, responds to customer requests, and maintains inventory.
- Inventory Services:
- Processes and monitors inventory movement within assigned responsibilities.
- Analyzes ongoing inventory activity and identifies slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Monitors and communicates inventory status.
- Initiates, conducts, and reports on physical inventories.
- Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure coverage when short-staffed.
- Provides site coverage as needed, requiring flexibility to change schedule/location at short notice.
- Collaborates with multiple account teams for smooth transitions with minimal client impact.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Less than one year of related experience.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and interact with new teams regularly.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Must obtain security/other clearances required by customers to enter premises.
- May require driving between client locations; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods.
- Customer-facing role requiring compliance with customer policies, including COVID-19 vaccination and related measures.
Pay
Anticipated hourly rate: $17.20 to $23.37 per hour.
