Area Support I Representative

About the role

The role involves prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Flexibility to cover multiple sites throughout the region is required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal.
• Provide good customer service.
• Create the Site Procedure Guide to ensure proper recording of account processes.
• May include duties such as Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services, Device Maintenance, and Shipping/Receiving.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to cover shifts when needed.
• Provide site coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with multiple account teams to ensure a smooth transition of responsibility with minimal impact to client services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and interact with new teams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• May require driving between multiple client locations and using a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods.

Pay

In accordance with applicable law, the anticipated hourly rate for this role is $17.20 to $23.37/hr.

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring full-time presence at the assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled work days.
