Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene
- Support behavioral needs
- Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Foster community engagement
- Build meaningful relationships with individuals served
- Support independence and well-being
- Demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, and responsibility in daily interactions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a registered vehicle with insurance
