About the role

As a caregiver, you’ll provide community‑based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering independence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support behavioral and complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build meaningful relationships and encourage community engagement.
• Take initiative to support clients in enjoying activities and living fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
