This role involves providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering independence and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene
• Support behavioral challenges
• Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting and nutrition
• Develop meaningful relationships
• Take initiative to encourage community involvement and ensure participants enjoy their preferred activities

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or experience required
• Essential skills include communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management
• Candidates should be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
• A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance are necessary
