Support Professional - Full Time

About the role

Join us as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with daily living skills, community activities, and personal goals. Services are delivered in participants' homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence and assist with daily living skills
• Support cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal routines
• Accompany participants to community events
• Provide compassionate care that promotes dignity and respect
• Complete daily documentation
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
• Ability to assist with mobility
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Meet health and employment requirements

Qualifications

No prior experience needed. Paid training and certifications (CPR, First Aid, Medication Assistance) are provided, along with career growth opportunities.

Schedule

Shift options: day, evening, and overnight sleep shifts, with weekend pay differentials.
