Support Professional - Clinical

Join our team as a Clinical Direct Support Professional and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Include Following daily program schedules and supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.Implementing service plans, teaching life skills, and promoting independence.Ensuring compliance with residential standards and accurately documenting daily activities.Assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and community outings.Supporting health, safety, and well-being while fostering a respectful, person-centered environment.Participating in training, meetings, and ongoing professional development.Maintaining a safe, clean home environment and providing reliable transportation.Adhering to mandated reporting requirements and supporting behavioral and medical plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 1 year human services experience; 3+ years preferred.Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.Completion of required background checks and training, including MOAB certification. Skills & Abilities Strong commitment to person-centered support and agency values.Exceptional communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Flexibility, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology.Willingness to accompany individuals to religious services as a BFOQ.
