Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join a recovery-focused residential treatment environment for men in Waukesha County. In this role, you will support and supervise residents in daily activities, assist with medication, transportation, meals, and life skills, and facilitate group sessions aligned with individual treatment goals. You will also document resident progress, respond to crisis situations, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment that fosters recovery. Additional duties include performing urinalysis and breathalyzer testing, providing crisis response, and ensuring residents’ safety and well-being. Ideal candidates will be dedicated, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact on residents’ lives. This full-time position offers benefits and is scheduled for Sunday through Thursday, 2pm-10pm.
