About the Role
Facilitate counterintelligence (CI) collaboration, communication, and guidance between the Office of Counterintelligence and Key Component leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level CI guidance to leadership.
- Lead CI education, awareness, and training initiatives.
- Embed within a major Directorate to support senior leadership with CI activities.
- Conduct regular briefings, updates, and debriefings for senior and directorate-level audiences, integrating historical and political context.
- Deliver threat awareness presentations at various organizational meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, or Political Science.
- 15+ years of counterintelligence experience, including investigations, analysis, and training.
- Formal credentials from an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
- Experience developing presentations and briefing diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in related fields.
- 5+ years of executive-level CI leadership, managing budgets, policies, and programs.
Clearance & Physical Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
- Ability to remain stationary and occasionally move within the office for tasks and communication.
