About the role
The Support Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandising plans to support sales goals
- Assist in the coordination of product displays and promotions
- Monitor store performance and provide feedback to improve merchandising effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on merchandising initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail or merchandising
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices
