About the role

The Support Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute merchandising plans to support sales goals
  • Assist in the coordination of product displays and promotions
  • Monitor store performance and provide feedback to improve merchandising effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on merchandising initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in retail or merchandising
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
