Support Merchandiser - Houston, TX

Primary Responsibilities

• Displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations
• Maintaining an organized backroom area
• Completing other inventory tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation and internet
• Technological competency to use company-issued tablet
• Ability to meet scheduling needs, including weekends and major holidays

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, stooping, squatting
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 40 pounds
• Using a stepstool

Route and Schedule

• Services two retail locations: 2075 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX, 77098 and 9710 Katy Freeway
• Average weekly hours: 8, may increase to 10 hours around holidays
• Flexible work scheduling

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay: $14.00 per hour
• Increases after 6 months ($14.80) and 1 year ($15.50)
• 401(k) with company match
