Support Associate - Soma

Functional Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Processes merchandise, ensures items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor, reorganizes merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Supports New Products: Properly merchandises and represents new products in a timely manner.
• Document Accuracy: Correctly enters all receiving documents into the computer system, reconciles merchandise invoices to items received as applicable.
• Inventory Management: Completes store-to-store transfers and Locate requests accurately and timely.
• Stockroom Organization: Receives and processes visual packet materials, props, and signage in a timely manner, stores stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
• Pricing and Changes: Assists with pricing changes and markdowns.
• Visual Directives: Participates in visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc., as directed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous Stock or Cashier Experience Preferred
• Must Be 18 Years of Age or Older
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong Organizational Skills and Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Able to Learn or Adapt to Company Technology
• Able to Work Quickly and Within Strict Timelines
• Able to Demonstrate Teamwork
• Exposure to Visual Merchandising and Product Placement Techniques Desired
• Communicate with Customers, Associates, and Management; Wear/Communicate with Headset
• Able to Work Flexible Schedules, Including Nights, Weekends, and Holidays

Pay

The wage range for this position is $16.90 - $21.10. Successful candidates' wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
