Support Associate - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide essential guidance and support to individuals as they develop daily living skills and pursue independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of daily living skills and life activities to promote growth and independence
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals to enhance their quality of life
• Monitor safety, comfort, and meet medical, nutritional, and personal care needs
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry duties

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license if applicable
• Willingness to undergo thorough training
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and transferring up to 50 pounds
