As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide guidance and support to individuals to develop essential daily living skills, promote independence, and achieve personal goals. You will create a safe and encouraging environment, assist with medical, nutritional, and personal care needs, and offer emotional support through activities like housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
