Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide microcomputer/network expertise to users of ARH Information Systems.
• Assist manager of department in preparing work plans/recommendations and assist with project tasks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software throughout the system.
• Assess users needs for hardware and software as requested.
• Develop and maintain user documentation when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field so they can recommend new services, products and equipment.
• Analyze the feasibility of purchasing/developing microcomputer based applications (non-clinical/non-financial) to meet specific needs.
• This may include the evaluation of software products.
• Must be available to travel as requested.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum of three (3) years related experience
• OR Minimum Of Five (5) Years Related Experience.
• Demonstrated Network experience and knowledge of basic functional desktop applications such as wordprocessing, spreadsheet, graphics, and desktop publishing software required.
• Must possess ability to handle multiple projects involving stressful situations, be flexible and a team player as well as possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills in a very fast-paced environment.
