SupplySight Field Service/Outside Sales Representative

About the role

The SupplySight Field Service Representative plays a crucial part in maximizing customer experience by ensuring optimal inventory availability and meeting target KPIs through operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SupplySight program support at customer facilities
• Develop strong relationships with key customer personnel
• Answer customer questions and support product additions, updates, or changes
• Manage inventory in accordance with RSH policies
• Collaborate with inside operations team and assigned sales representative
• Operate company vehicles to resupply inventory
• Service and maintain equipment at customer sites
• Prepare and deliver orders to customer facilities

Requirements

• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related field preferred
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• One year of B2B sales and/or merchandising/operations experience desired

Pay

Target base compensation range for this non-exempt role is $60,000 annually, with potential for bonus incentive program participation.
