Responsibilities
- Works with a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures and in the resolution of issues encountered in the process.
- Oversees the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing and shipping materials.
- Receive Issue shipping instructions from units and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
- Inspects physical conditions of warehouses and equipment and ensures proper accountability and PMCS is conducted in accordance with required policies and procedures.
- Assists with the Planning, develop and implement office, line, warehouse, safety and security programs and activities.
- Manages and conducts maintenance of historical files, Administrative Adjustment Reports (AAR), receipts, issue, and transfer documents.
- Requisitions material to meet mission requirements.
- Oversees and conducts inventories including preparations, documentation, and reporting per prescribed regulations.
- Maintains property and equipment IAW Army regulations, PWS, SOP, and Work Instructions.
- Ensures all Annual/Cyclic inventories are conducted IAW current regulatory procedure.
- Analyzes, produces, and generates statistical data and reports to ascertain trends, conformance to standards and directives and efficiency of operations.
- Maintains all historical files, supporting documents and other required records; ensuring all files are stored IAW the Army Records Information System (ARIMS).
- Captures and maintains Administrative Adjustment Reports, hand receipt, requisitions, turn-in, issue, and transfer documents.

- Coordinates and manages the upkeep and maintenance of the facility, equipment and other warehouses.
- Ensures that all safety precautions are adhered to at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
- Ensures compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening GCSS-Army certified (Property Book or Unit Supply level), must be able to obtain within three months of employment.
- Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver’s License with no restrictions.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
- Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a birth certificate or a U.S. Passport.
- Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Bragg Installation.
- Three to five years of supply operations/ logistical management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures and instructions in Supply Management.
- Specific contractual requirements regarding education and experience prevail where applicable
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and logistical management processes, related regulation, and is required to ensure an effective approach to resolving issues of logistical concern.
