Job Summary
Manages and maintains software replenishment systems. Work collaboratively with staff to assure department expectations are achieved while optimizing inventory and par levels. To perform the services of stocking, distribution of all incoming supplies and equipment, and managing inventory.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience stocking, loading, replenishing or distributing inventory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital supply work experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for auditing and management of replenishment system and resolution of issues
- Operates all replenishment system software and programs according to institutional and department policy and procedures
- Facilitates physical set up of area including scales, controllers, downloaders, probes, shelf registration, mobile cart and computers
- Maintains and controls inventory of supplies for assigned areas according to the department policy and procedures
- Plays purchase requisitions for special orders stock items as required according to departmental policies and procedures
- Creates and submits daily system tracking report for all changes

- Occasional exposure to unpleasant or disagreeable physical environment such as high noise level and exposure to heat and cold
- Occasional handling or working with potentially dangerous equipment
- Occasional exposure to biohazardous conditions such as risk of radiation exposure, blood borne pathogens, fumes or airborne particles, and/or toxic or caustic chemicals
- Occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours
- Occasional travelling to offsite locations
- Occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature
- Occasional work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality
