Supply Technician, Food Services East (Registry)

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus, food production sheets, special event menus, and supply requisitions from patient care units and departments.
• Obtains and stocks materials from suppliers.
• Adheres to state and local health department regulations, ensuring safe food handling and storage.

Requirements

• Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
• Performs all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
• Follows and adheres to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED Exemption.
