About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Procurement, the Supply Planner will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the supply of product from forecast/demand to 3PFG plant output in support of commercial, financial, and operational plans. The incumbent will work with Business Unit teams in translating commercial objectives as they relate to product supply into executable plans for our 3PFG sites. The Supply Planner will work with our 3PFG sites in developing an adaptive and scalable supply fulfillment model that anticipates future business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define analytical problems related to RWE, leveraging domain knowledge and data science techniques to develop scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Manage demand and supply to minimize back orders, position inventories at agreed levels, and reach targeted customer service levels.
- Participate in the S&OP monthly cycle and, together with 3PFG plant contacts, drive the S&OP supply review.
- Work with the Demand Planning & Customer Service teams to manage exceptional demand/sales opportunities with the 3PFG plants to maximize revenues.
- Communicate with the SBUs/Regions on supply issues and 3PFG manufacturing plans.
- Proactively manage potential constraints to supply to ensure continuity of supply.
- Anticipate supply constraints resulting from quality, regulatory, technical, or other issues, analyze these constraints, and identify innovative solutions.
- Drive an inclusive approach to problem-solving and engage widely within the business.
- Analyze global material flow, particularly from 3PFG plants to distribution centers/customers, to optimize the supply chain.
- Serve as the first escalation level for the 3PFG supplier regarding supply constraints.
- Perform day-to-day activities in the ERP system, from order placement at suppliers to maintenance of reliable supply dates.
- Lead and participate in 3PFG supplier meetings to address demand fulfillment constraints.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Planning or related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related technical field; APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is desirable.
- ERP/Planning Systems knowledge.
- Understanding of manufacturing at 3PFG plants and how service levels are impacted by differing elements of the process.
- Experience in Global Supply Chain Networks and Supply Process from 3PFG plants to distribution centers.
