Supply Planner
Job Description
The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Wholesale, and International channels. This role owns end-to-end supply planning across finished goods and key components, leveraging an ERP system with MRP functionality to balance service levels, inventory health, and cost. This role will partner with Merchandise Planning, Product Development, Production, and Logistics to translate demand signals into executable supply plans while navigating unique seasonality, lead times, and SKU complexity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 3+ years of supply planning or production planning experience, preferably in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system using MRP (D365, SAP, Netsuite, etc.)
- Experience supporting both DTC and Wholesale fulfillment models strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with BI or planning tools is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complexity, seasonality, and multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 per year - $96,000 per year.
