Supply Planner
On-site in Montebello
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive supply planning professional to support inventory flow, production planning, and material availability across our supply chain network. This role will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to help maintain inventory health, support production schedules, and identify supply risks and process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short- and medium-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules
- Maintain network inventory levels and recommend adjustments to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
- Partner with Procurement, suppliers, co-packers, and internal teams to ensure timely material availability
- Track production performance, capacity constraints, and supply risks, escalating issues as needed
- Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain planning parameters (e.g., lead times, safety stock, order quantities) within planning systems
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on supply status, inventory health, and service performance
- Support cross-functional initiatives, including S&OP, new product launches, and supply optimization
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management (CPG or beverage industry experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred

Compensation
The base salary for this role starts at $75,000 and will vary depending on experience.
