Supply Management Planner I - Supply Management

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Supply Management Planner to support supply chain and materials operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a Business or Supply Chain degree, as well as early-career professionals looking to build experience in supply management, procurement, logistics, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and availability of purchased parts from suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal business partners regarding material needs and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supply chain activities to help ensure materials arrive on time.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other business systems to track, analyze, and report supply information.
• Support inventory and material planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and maintain production support.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on supplier performance and material status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• SAP experience is a plus.
