Description
The Supply Planner I will create, manage and maintain purchase orders and inventory across all Readerlink distribution centers.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Create, maintain, and track purchase orders across all publishers and ReaderLink Distribution Centers to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- Review and resolve quarantine inventory.
- Enter and maintain items into F&O.
- Communication of all product discrepancies between Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Help build and maintain long-term relationships with our publishers and licensors.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work extra hours to keep projects on schedule.
Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related business subject required.
- Previous buying or inventory experience is preferred.
- Experience with working with the F&O system is preferred.
- Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
- High energy level with the ability to keep multiple projects on schedule.
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Able to speak with all levels of the organization and outside partners.
- Proficient in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- A methodical and organized approach to problem-solving.
- Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Pay
Salary: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00
