Supply & Inventory Planner

About the role

Supply & Inventory Planner contractor at Nike, working from Beaverton, OR or Boston, MA. The role manages factory commitments, inventory positions, and production schedules, supporting Nike’s mission to empower athletes and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply commitments and production schedules with factories across a global supplier base.
• Monitor and adjust inventory positions to meet service‑level targets while minimizing excess.
• Plan and execute supply decisions in SAP/APO and O9 across multiple product categories.
• Identify supply risks and escalate with recommendations before they impact the business.
• Collaborate with demand planning, logistics, and factory teams to align on production priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or production planning.
• Advanced SAP proficiency.
• Expert Excel skills, including complex models, pivot tables, and large‑dataset management.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Experience working in or with manufacturing, distribution, or factory environments.
• Familiarity with O9 Solutions planning tool is a plus.

Schedule

Hybrid work arrangement: onsite Monday‑Thursday.
