Supply Coordinator

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure that all duties/routines are carried out in accordance with company policy
• Report and take or cause action to ensure a professional service on departmental level
• Take advantage of the technology available in the daily work and make sure it is used efficiently and in line with company standards
• Aid where necessary in the tasks of the department in terms of: Order Input, Claims, Problem Solving, Day-to-day Orders, Order Confirmations, General Administration, Quotes and Enquiries, Follow-up
• Responsible for up keeping good HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices as laid down by the company during your employment at all time
• Responsible for ensuring that all orders are closed within month end

What You Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Preferably GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma holder
• Additional education on administration & economics
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar functions
• Familiar with office applications and ERP System (IFS)
• Fluent English writing and speaking
• Good communication skills
• Good telephone manners
• Systematic and accurate nature
• Ability to work under pressure
• Versatile and adaptable to varied working conditions
• Work on own initiative within a team
