About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona, to support our transportation operations and help ensure shipments move efficiently from pickup to delivery. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain smooth daily logistics activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Track shipment progress and ensure deliveries meet scheduled timelines.
• Maintain accurate transportation documents and records.
• Assist with scheduling, routing, and operational improvements.
• Identify and report delays or service concerns.
• Support the operations team with daily logistics activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with logistics software and Microsoft Office.
