Logistics Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
What You Will Work On
- Process client requests and fulfill supply and equipment orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Auxiliary with packing, labeling, and shipping goods to client locations, ensuring proper handling and documentation
- Build and assemble medical kits according to established standards and specifications
- Maintain and organize inventory, including tracking stock levels and updating records through data entry
- Monitor inventory for expired or near-expired products and take appropriate action
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Support logistics procurement activities, including sourcing and coordinating materials as needed
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as assigned
What You Will Bring
- 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems (ERP or similar tools preferred)
- Familiarity with shipping processes, carriers, and basic logistics coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Experience working with medical supplies or regulated materials is a plus
