Supply Chain Technology- Logistics and Fulfilment - WMS Manager (Warehouse Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, customize and optimize Digital and Cloud based solutions.
• Team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.
• Manage complex technical initiatives, hold accountability for team’s performance and results.
• Guide team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology Consulting market.
• Provide broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technologies and business platforms.
• Team with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances.
• Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
• Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
• Formulate solutions to intricate problems.
• Influence the establishment of new policies or procedures.

• Worked on Blue Yonder WMS modules with deep functional / domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation.
• Knowledge of how the integration between Blue Yonder WMS and other supply chain systems like TMS or LMS systems can be integrated.
• Knowledge of how PDC (Platform Data Cloud) works within the BY WMS and other product ecosystem.
• Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle WMS implementations in large and complex environments.
• Experience leading and facilitating workshop sessions, managing projects, resources and deliverables.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing and transforming to application requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, leading functional design approval process, testing and delivering solutions, assisting customers during UAT, preparing and reviewing documentations.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of implementing successful logistics strategies.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree.
• No less than 4-6 years of relevant experience in emerging technologies related to logistics and fulfillment strategies.
• Related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing domain.
• Deep functional / domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in integrating Blue Yonder WMS with other supply chain systems like TMS or LMS systems.
• Experience in leading and managing WMS implementations in large and complex environments.
• Experience in leading and participating in workshops, project management, resource management, and deliverables management.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing and transforming to application requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, leading functional design approval process, testing and delivering solutions, assisting customers during UAT, preparing and reviewing documentations.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
