Supply Chain Technology- Logistics and Fulfilment - WMS Manager (Warehouse Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, customize and optimize Digital and Cloud based solutions.
• Team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.
• Manage complex technical initiatives, hold accountability for team’s performance and results.
• Guide team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators.
• Engage in client-required travel and maintain constant client engagement in active participatory roles.
• Head workstreams from planning to execution and closing, reconnoiter potential opportunities for additional services, and respond to specific Requests for Proposals.

• Gather business requirements, analyze and transform to application requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, lead functional design approval process, interact with development team for testing and delivery of solutions, assist customers during UAT, prepare and review documentations.
• Work in onsite and offshore delivery models.
• Lead and participate in warehousing areas such as order management, receiving, shipping, inventory management, appointments, warehouse controls, labor standards, and intelligent fulfillment.
• Have knowledge on leading warehousing solutions like SAP-EWM, Manhattan, and digital warehousing technologies like AR, robotics, RPA, AI.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing successful logistics strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• No less than 4-6 years of relevant experience in emerging technologies related to logistics and fulfillment strategies.
• Related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing domain.
• Deep functional/domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation.
• Knowledge of how to integrate Blue Yonder WMS with other supply chain systems like TMS or LMS systems.
• Knowledge of PDC (Platform Data Cloud) within the BY WMS and other product ecosystem.
• Experience leading and managing minimum 2-3 full lifecycle WMS implementations in large and complex environments.
• Ability to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage projects, resources and deliverables.
• Proven track record of implementing successful logistics strategies.
