UW Medical Center-Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Fixed Term Duration, Variable Shift, Per Diem Supply Chain Technician 1. This is a fixed duration appointment, anticipated to be 12 months in duration.

UW Medicine Supply Chain Management enhances our patient care experience by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise.

Responsibilities

Primary job responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service while maintaining adequate stock and distributing general, medical, and surgical supplies and equipment throughout the hospital, managing rental equipment using Supply Chain point-of-use (POU) systems, and using technology like handhelds, package scanners, and Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS) to ensure proper inventory and cost allocations.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.

Pay

Pay Range Minimum: $21.63 hourly, Pay Range Maximum $29.99 hourly
