Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 3

About the role

At Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector, the Supply Chain Tech Coordinator – Level 3 supports missions critical to national and global security from the Englewood, CO location. This is a 100% onsite position with approximately 10% travel. The role works closely with production planners and manufacturing to ensure material availability, using MRP to close work orders, ordering material to the factory floor, coordinating product movement, and ensuring supporting documents are ready before production.

Responsibilities

• Use MRP to close work orders
• Pick material from Stores
• Advise management, planner and factory schedulers of production status and escalate problems to ensure labor, tools, equipment, and services are provided as needed
• Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure timely movement of parts
• Work within the department to ensure supporting documents are available before production
• Coordinate product movement across the value stream

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 4 years of inventory and operations support experience; working knowledge of manufacturing, quality basics, property, engineering flows; strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work effectively.

Pay

Salary range: $48,400.00 – $80,600.00 (base pay; eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus).

Schedule

Standard 4‑10 schedule (e.g., Monday‑Thursday, 10‑hour days).
