Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 3
About the role
Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and/or coordinating required shipping documentation.
- Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories.
- Captures receipt of items at receipt and maintains shipment/receiving records.
- Affords logistical support to Accounts Payable in processing invoices by providing shipment information.
- Ensures received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
- Orders needed shipping supplies.
- Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to obtain U.S Government Secret Level Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
- Ability to obtain special program access.
Qualifications
- Active U.S Government Secret Level Clearance.
- Experience in operating a forklift and other types of freight moving equipment.
- Experience with safely loading and unloading trucks.
- Experience with setting up shipments and/or coordinating with transportation brokers.
- Experience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory.
- Experienced user of MS Office computer programs to accomplish reports, logs, and briefings.
- Hazmat training and experience is highly desired.
Skills
- Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms.

Pay
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
