About the Role

The System Director of Clinical Strategy will oversee the development and execution of clinical strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. They will also manage the procurement process, negotiate contracts, and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive contract compliance and optimization of cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiation
• Foster strong relationships with clinical stakeholders to support clinical integration and supply chain optimization
• Standardize care behavior across the organization to enhance the delivery of patient care
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in healthcare supply chain management
• Leverage industry insights to guide the strategic advancement of healthcare supply chain processes
• Advocate for the implementation of innovative technologies and best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree or RN preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare supply chain safety, quality, infection prevention processes and regulations
• Familiarity with relevant technology and software applications related to supply chain management

• Proven track record of effective leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking in a healthcare environment
• Experience in healthcare supply chain management, including procurement, contract negotiation, and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
