- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with FAR & DFAR(S) contracts
- Experience analyzing production or sustainment requirements in an SAP procurement system or equivalent purchasing/ERP system

What You Will Be Doing
You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Senior
You'll be responsible for managing one of Lockheed Martin's Strategic Suppliers/Partners for major system procurements. Manage cradle to grave procurement and supply chain activities. You'll lead multifunctional subcontract management teams. Hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.
