Supply Chain - Technical Subcontract Management - Level 3

About the role

Responsible for managing technical subcontractors within the supply chain to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure effective management of projects.
• Review and approve subcontractor proposals and contracts to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and manage issues related to subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all subcontractor activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex supply chain challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
• Proven experience in managing technical subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
