About the role
The Subcontract Administrator supports the L3Harris Integrated Systems and Partnerships Global Supply Chain Management organization. The candidate will join a procurement team responsible for managing Common Components and the MADL system with L3H.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate, issue, and administer TR3 subcontracts.
- Negotiate and award subcontract elements (price, terms, scope, schedule).
- Execute subcontract specifications and work statements.
- Prepare bid packages and conduct bidders' conferences.
- Analyze and evaluate proposals, select or recommend subcontractors.
- Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with supply chain management, buying, procurement, or a related field.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications, and Processes (SAP).

Schedule
This position offers part-time remote telework. The employee will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility in Fort Worth, TX. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
