Supply Chain - Subcontract Administrator - Level 2

Responsibilities
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification, and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD, and international programs.
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams.
- Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders (PO) within established authority.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements (SOW), and Terms & Conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production, and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.
Qualifications
- Experience or education in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management, or as a Buyer.
- Experience analyzing bids/proposals and selecting sources.
- Experience managing schedule, cost, and performance.
- Experience with Microsoft suite of management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc...).
