Supply Chain - Subcontract Administrator - Level 2

Responsibilities
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts, including modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specifications, and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD, and international programs.
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation to sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements (SOW), and Terms & Conditions for procuring specialized materials, equipment, and services in support of development, production, and global sustainment primes across multiple contract types.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions, including price.
- Select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.
- Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
- Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience or education in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management, or as a Buyer.
- Experience analyzing bids/proposals and selecting sources.
- Experience managing schedule, cost, and performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing clear direction on expectations and deliverables.
- Experience in SAP or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Works independently and in a collaborative team-based environment.
Location
This position is located in Fort Worth, TX or Marietta, GA.
Pay
Full-time salary ranges vary by GeoZone (geographic groupings aligned with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences):
- GeoZone 1: $74,900.00 - $139,100.00 (e.g., Sunnyvale, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, NJ).
- GeoZone 2: $67,400.00 - $125,200.00 (e.g., Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT).
- GeoZone 3: $59,900.00 - $111,300.00 (e.g., Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Marietta, GA).
- GeoZone 4: $53,900.00 - $100,100.00 (e.g., Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL).
Salary is a general guideline and considers factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
