Supply Chain SAP Manager

Lead the supply chain portion of the SAP ERP implementation and develop standard processes for the supply chain functional pillars. Responsible for planning and developing a strategy to replace or enhance existing North American supply chain systems, working with Industrial Groups to harmonize processes while ensuring compliance with local government requirements.

Supervision and Interaction

Directly supervises the Supply Chain Change Process Team and provides guidance on supply chain systems, tools, and business processes to the supply chain leadership team. Participates on the Corporate Steering Committee for the SAP Implementation and collaborates closely with the Director of Transportation, Director of Corporate Compliance, Corporate Supply Chain Manager, and PSC Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Direct the supply chain team in assessing and redesigning local and back-office processes such as demand planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, and warehousing in cooperation with corporate IT.
• Oversee SAP supply chain transactions modules and the Corporate Supply Chain platform strategy in alignment with the SAP ERP strategy, including integration with parallel systems.
• Manage the performance of the supply chain change team and supervise the Corporate SAP supply chain team while supporting Group Supply Chain leaders.
• Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences, influencing peers and executives across organizational lines to drive global strategic initiatives or process changes.
• Analyze, plan, and design strategic systems and processes with senior corporate management to achieve Parker Win strategy objectives, including global dashboards and reporting tools.
• Direct the development of supply chain processes, reporting, analytics, and systems within the Parker supply chain organization.
• Facilitate global, regional, and country-level meetings as needed.
• Develop and publish a supply chain transformation communications letter at least quarterly.
• Engage actively with regional supply chain managers and key leaders to proactively respond to changing business requirements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify additional improvement opportunities in supply chain, develop business cases, and secure funding for successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• 7–10+ years of experience in operations or supply chain disciplines.
• SAP ERP knowledge and/or implementation experience preferred.
• Experience working internationally with diverse supply chain systems and operating structures.
• Supply Chain best practices, Lean, or supply chain re-engineering experience.
• Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
