Supply Chain Program Manager (Mechanical)

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily to provide status updates and resolve high-priority escalations.
• Align customer demand forecasts with site production; monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) and mitigate shortages.
• Partner closely with internal Operations teams to ensure program alignment across production sites.
• Work with Business Project Management (BPM) teams to manage site capacity and pricing strategies.
• Prepare data-driven reports for business reviews and executive decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required), preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
• Experience: 3–5+ years in Operations and Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment. A mechanical background is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Required proficiency in Word Processing and Spreadsheet software (Excel) for data modeling and reporting.
• Leadership: While this role has no direct supervisory responsibility (no direct reports), it requires providing direct work leadership and coordination feedback to multiple production sites across the globe.
