Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supply chain programs to optimize efficiency and scalability for Adyen’s global financial technology platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve reliability.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management, program management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
